Welcome to corpsuitt. These Terms of Service govern your use of corpsuitt services, information products, and goods related to corporate software solutions and business system development.

1. Services

corpsuitt provides custom software development, system integration, and ongoing technical support tailored to enterprise needs. Each engagement is defined by a written agreement specifying scope, deliverables, and schedule.

1.1 Ordering and Scheduling

Service engagements begin upon receipt of full payment. corpsuitt will coordinate with your representative to schedule milestones and deliverables.

1.2 Reimbursement Policy for Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no substantial custom design or coding work has commenced. Reimbursements are processed back to the original payment instrument within 10 business days. Unused service hours may be transferred to another project upon written request before the start of work. When a service is designated as non-refundable due to immediate resource allocation and project planning, this status will be clearly stated in the service description to justify the commitment of dedicated personnel.

2. Information Products

corpsuitt offers digital resources including white papers, guides, and templates for system development and management.

2.1 Access and Delivery

Digital content is delivered via secure download links upon completion of the purchase process.

2.2 Reimbursement Policy for Information Products

Due to the digital format, reimbursement requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and only if the download link has not been accessed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment instrument within 10 business days. Digital access cannot be transferred once delivered.

3. Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals or branded merchandise ordered from corpsuitt are subject to the following terms.

3.1 Shipping and Handling

Goods are shipped from Zurich Central Library and delivery times may vary based on destination.

3.2 Reimbursement Policy for Goods

Clients may initiate a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery if goods remain unused and in their original packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping items back to our address. Approved reimbursement credits are applied to the original payment instrument within 15 calendar days after receipt and inspection of items sent back.
